Rent the Tavern for your Event

The Burlington Historical Society offers a variety of interior and exterior spaces at the historic Elton Tavern that can accommodate events ranging from 40 to more than 200 guests. The building is equipped restrooms and a small full kitchen; including refrigerator, microwave, and stove.

The cost to rent the building varies in price whether or not it is in the old historic building or the New Meeting Room located in the new building addition. A discount is offered to our business members and affiliates.
Our policy is to not charge Burlington non-profit organizations for meeting space in exchange for in-kind service. The minimum donation to rent the building for an event is $150.
